Short intro

Dracula vs. Frankenstein is a 1971 American horror film directed by Al Adamson. It was released as Blood of Frankenstein in the U. and was retitled The Revenge of Dracula on an early VHS release in the U. Other U. re-release titles are Teenage Dracula and They're Coming to Get You. Wheelchair-bound mad scientist Dr. Durea J. Carrol Naish, the last descendant of the original Dr. Frankenstein, takes to murdering young girls for experimentation in hopes of perfecting a blood serum of his own. This is William Lava's last work before his death. Frankenstein Main Title, Dramatic Horror and more. 19 tracks 40:13. William Bill B. Lava March 18, 1911 St. Paul, Minnesota - February 20, 1971 Los Angeles, California was a musical composer and arranger who worked on the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies animated cartoons from 1962 onwards, replacing the deceased Milt Franklyn. Lava's music was very different from that of Franklyn and previous composer Carl Stalling. It has a tendency towards atonality. Dracula conspires with a mad doctor to resurrect the Frankenstein Monster. Director: Roy William Neill. Stars: Lon Chaney Jr. Ilona Massey, Patric Knowles. Next . There is also count Dracula running around with the Frankenstein monster and using him as sort of a henchmen. One of the funniest things about this movie is the fact that Dracula looks just like Frank Zappa. Another great thing is the way the Frankenstein monster looks. his head is all misshapen and looks like it is about to explode. To favorites 0 Download album. Listen album. Frankenstein' has its heart in the right place: it has a lengthy cameo from Forrest J. Ackerman, an entire part for Lon Chaney Jr. in his last movie, J. Carrol Naish who was in 'House of more. Review by Ian West . This is a glorious Al Adamson mess. tfw Dracula convinces the Venice beach boardwalk wheelchair bound Dr. Frankenstein to create a new monster while hippies run amuck in the process. Holy smokes. Questionable on all fronts, but I couldnt turn away. this is enjoyable absurdity. Monday, May 3, 2010. DRACULA VS. FRANKENSTEIN - Lava, Lobue, Carroll - Blood Freaks 1971. Tonight's feature is the definitive Masterpiece of Shit How can one movie have all the coolest elements imaginable, and still not deliver the goods. Lobue didn't write more notable music, but instead, went on to be a TV director. The Frankenstein dummy, I mean monster, looks like it was created by the same people that came up with the Cabbage Patch Dolls I guess Drac didn't like my sentiments about him that much, because he completely fries our hero Anthony during this very sad moment near the end .
