I came across this purely by accident and I'm glad I did. Futurology is the track I wanted on this 12" and it's a very simple explanation why: it's Goa, nearly even neo Goa, with a riff that borrows from the book of Goa scales. While the track could also be considered hard trance, the central riff is certainly on the astral projection side of things, if you know what I mean. It's not a long floating melody such as those used by astral but it has the same tonal quality and general feel though much shorter, certainly short enough to be considered a riff rather than a melodic progression. It's a nice little record.
